Where Every Dog (and Pet) is Seen, Heard & Supported

At Anima Therapies, I specialise in Animal Kinesiology — a gentle, non-invasive approach that supports physical comfort, emotional regulation, behavioural balance, and nervous system wellbeing.

Every animal communicates through their body. Through kinesiology, I listen to that communication to understand what your dog needs to feel safe, balanced, and supported. Whether your dog is struggling with stress, behaviour changes, physical discomfort, emotional overwhelm, or simply feels “out of sync,” kinesiology allows me to work with the root causes rather than just the symptoms.

I work with all dogs and all pet parents — puppies, seniors, rescue dogs, family dogs, working dogs, sensitive or disabled dogs, and dogs who seem perfectly “fine” but could benefit from deeper balance and support. You don’t need to be facing a crisis to seek kinesiology. Many pet parents come to me because they want to be proactive, connected, and deeply attuned to their dog’s wellbeing.

More Than a Session

An Animal Kinesiology session isn’t just about balancing — it’s about insight, awareness, and creating lasting change in how your dog experiences their world.

At Anima Therapies, I help dogs feel safer in their bodies, calmer in their nervous systems, and more balanced in their emotions — so they can show up as the best version of themselves.

And I help pet parents feel informed, confident, and deeply connected to the dogs they love.

My Philosophy

I believe that behaviour is communication, not disobedience.
That the body holds emotional history.
And that healing happens best when dogs feel safe, heard, and supported.

Kinesiology allows me to work with the dog, not on the dog.

My sessions are collaborative, compassionate, and empowering — helping pet parents understand what their dog is experiencing and how to support them beyond the session itself.

You are an essential part of your dog’s healing process, and my role is to guide, translate, and support — not to override or replace your intuition.
